Sent an email via the website for assistance with a non-working ice machine - got an immediate response and from that point on had wonderful service from Ricardo De Sequera. It has been a long time since I have received service like this. Well done and many thanks to Ricardo. Machine has been repaired and is now ready for use.
I received a bouquet of flowers on the 17th May - today is the 7 June and I will probably throw the last of these flowers away today. Well done Woolworths.
Useless company - booked a trip from Pietermaritzburg to Midrand - and of course had to pay immediately. Citiliner cancelled the trip, and now over a month later, I am still waiting for them to refund my money - AND they want to take R50 off, presumably for admin charges. On contacting them about the refund, I was asked to complete a whole list of requirements, which I did immediately and returned the information withiin a day. After numerous emails and phone contact, I am still waiting.
At last a Company that knows what "customer service" is. I bought an aluminium kettle from Pick n Pay but did not keep my slip, so when I found a leak (hole) in the kettle, I contacted Hendler & Hart. Their response was quick via email, and they arranged to have a replacement kettle delivered to my house in Roodepoort. Well done
After sales service is shocking. I reported a problem with my microwave. Got an immediate response and was asked to complete a specific form and send photos of the microwave and the problem area which I did immediately. Since then absolutely no response - would sincerely suggest that no one buys anything from this Company.
To apply for a new passport, I completed the form on line and opted to get an appointment at Standard Bank Killarney for the biometrics and to collect the passport. Online application was simple, got an appointment within two weeks at the Bank, one week later collected my passport. The staff were incredibly helpful (also suggested I apply for my smartcard as well) and professional and polite. Well done to all at that branch.
Tyremart Ballito - From the moment I pulled up - was not even out of my car before I was approached by a smiling happy Amanda. The service was good, technicians explained the problems and the way to fix the problems. The coffee was also good. All the staff pleasant, approachable and professional.
Not sure if I am using the correct platform for this - but I would just like to say a huge WELL DONE to Checkers and subsidiaries for the wonderful ad on tv at the moment - Rebuild South Africa. So inspirational.
Went a bought a pair of shorts from PQ Greenstone. They were too small so went back to exchange them for a larger size. They did not have a larger size so I wanted to exchange them for something else (did not want my money back). I did not have the original till slip but the PQ label was still attached to the shorts. They would not allow me to do the exchange. Said I could only exchange for the same item (remember they did not have my size in the same item), and obviously would not give me my money back. To the best of my knowledge all other clothing suppliers, i.e. Woolworths, Miladys, Foschinis, etc. allow you to exchange for any item as long as you have the original clothing tag. Also they were not pleasant. Will not buy from PQ again. No email on website
Vodacom Greenstone - the shop near Mugg and Bean - great service from Savanah. She was helpful, pleasant and professional. Vodacom 0821959 online service - great service from Lebogang and Tarryn - unfortunately when I tried to rate these two a 10 my phone did not accept it and the rating went through as 0 (bad service) which is not true. They both were very good and helpful and profession.
