Very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff
Very bad service. Placed an order on the 27th November and it was mentioned that it takes 7 to 10 days delivery. It is the 16th December and I still do not have my items. This might just be the last time I ever order from them again.

On the 17th of May 2016, my husband lost his phone. I phoned Finrtite, and a person by the name of Lerato insisted I hand in a claim form at Foschini which was duly done on the 18th of May 2016. Even though Martha from Foshini at the Carnival Mall was keeping us updated, it took 3 weeks to realise that it was not supposed to be with Foshini. We then had to go and do it through Cell c. This was then done on the 6th June 2016. When I phoned Finrite about 3 weeks later to find out what was happening, the consultant then apologised for not phoning earlier ad my husband had forgotten to put his name on the claim form. I was then sent the claim form back so that my husband could put his name on the claim form. I then sent this back to the return e-mail from whom I had got it. A few days later I received an "undeliverable" e-mail. I then resent it to the same guy only to find out that he no longer worked there. I now got somebody else's name, Busi whom I sent it to. About 3 or so week's later, I resent the e-mail to Busi. He then assured my husband that the money will then be paid out within 10 to 15 days which took us to the 30th of August 2016. My husband then had to give Michael another form & told us that if the money was not in the account by the 5th, we need to go back to him(Michael) which my husband duly did. Now suddenly I have to refill in the form that was given to Michael the previous week. We were then told again that he(Michael)was going to get it sorted out so that the money will be paid out by the 7th. I could hear how the receptionist spoke to Michael who then told me he was in the kitchen having a meeting with the manager. I then wanted to speak to the manager and suddenly I was put through to Michael. I spoke to Michael and then asked to be put through to the manager. Why promise things they cannot stick to.
