Spruced Pools and Flooring Damaged our Pool

In the beginning of 2017 I enquired about epoxy paint with your Hengro Group and was contacted by Frank from Spruced Pools and Flooring. Hengro company referred us to him as the supplier in our area.

Frank installed the epoxy paint etc. However since his installation and minor repairs performed by him to our pool, the pool has been leaking significantly. We have not used the pool since he damaged the pool. We have tried to contact him several times to assist with no luck. He agreed to come and have a look and assist.he has never assisted.

We contacted his employee who worked for him and he indicated to us that there were several things such as marbalite which should have been done, but was not done, which he did not disclose or discuss with us.

We hold you responsible as you referred us to this shoddy supplier. We would like you to take responsibility for this!
