The order was taken in no time, friendly and informative information was given to me. Paint arrived two days earlier than expected, and in good shape. I did the painting myself. It was applied by paint rollers and brushes. About a year later, and it still sits like @#$% and looks brand new. Thanks for an excellent twin pack.

Inferior is not even explaining the quality of the product supplied by Hengro, and non-existing customer service to go with it. Bought the epoxy pool coating from them, followed their instructions to apply the coating but unfortunately only after a few months it started to peel already. This was brought to their attention, then they claimed it was applied incorrectly... Nice way to get out of a warrantee! I then contacted them again to let them know that the colour is coming off and staining the people in the pool - having Smurfs running around can be quite funny but yet very embarrassing. When I contacted them they did not take any calls, did not respond to any emails, deleted my comments on Facebook and blocked me entirely. And all of this from just informing them, very politely, that their product is poor and does not meet ANY expectations. Perhaps that is a form of guilt by not attending to concerns... The epoxy is peeling badly that it is now even affecting the pool pump as we found pieces clogging the internal filter in the pool pump. Warning to all consumers! Looks great for the first few weeks but that does not last.

Hengro Coatings product is very easy to use, they gave me full instructions on how to apply the paint and was more than helpful with my questions. My pool looks great and I would definitely recommend them .

I contacted Hengro to ask for a quotation to have my pool painted with epoxy paint. I was contacted by the contractor in our area and he came out and gave a quotation to re-marbelite the pool, fix a small crack and paint the pool with the epoxy paint. I did not want to have any warranty / guarantee problems afterwards, so I did not even ask for another quotation. I paid the deposit and the work started. After a few hiccups the pool was done. The only task left was for the contractor to remove the + - 1 ton of old marbelite which he chipped out of the old pool. He only came months later to clean up his mess. Then the Hengro epoxy paint started making bubbles within months after installation. It started peeling shortly after, where it was supposed to last 10 years. After quite a hassle to get hold of the contractor I was told that he will come and have a look “next week.” That “next week” was months and months ago without him showing up, and with no communication from him. I then contacted Hengro and explained the situation. After quite a hassle they eventually came out to have a look, and took a sample of the peeling paint. They immediately said that it was an installation fault and that I must take it up with the contractor, and even suggested that I take the contractor to the small claims court. Just to be clear, this is the same contractor that Hengro sent me and advised me to use. When I tried to contact the contractor, I was informed that he closed the business and my guarantee / warranty was also gone. I then requested a test certificate from Hengro to confirm that the batch of paint used in my pool was up to standard. I also requested a report of the sample of paint taken from my pool. I did not even get a reply. My own lawyers informed me that my “contract” is with the contractor, and Hengro cannot be held liable. Be very careful before you do business with Hengro.

In the beginning of 2017 I enquired about epoxy paint with your Hengro Group and was contacted by Frank from Spruced Pools and Flooring. Hengro company referred us to him as the supplier in our area. Frank installed the epoxy paint etc. However since his installation and minor repairs performed by him to our pool, the pool has been leaking significantly. We have not used the pool since he damaged the pool. We have tried to contact him several times to assist with no luck. He agreed to come and have a look and assist.he has never assisted. We contacted his employee who worked for him and he indicated to us that there were several things such as marbalite which should have been done, but was not done, which he did not disclose or discuss with us. We hold you responsible as you referred us to this shoddy supplier. We would like you to take responsibility for this!

We painted our kitchen aisle with a white epoxy from Hengro, and it is an excellent product. We have been struggling to get a paint that can take the hammering of a kitchen slab, and we found one at last. Their service was excellent, and the business owner is personally involved and provided us with great tips as we applied the coating by ourselves. So it is so easy to apply, we could do it ourselves! Just beware of contractors that sell the paint and don't apply it properly, who then criticise the product .

Order on the 4th Sep, courier arrived on the 8th but product damaged, so I sent the goods back. They avoid phonecalls. They make promises through FB messenger to remedy but it has been another 3 weeks and no product.
