This is a scam website! Yo uassume that someone would do something about this website being up and running for how many years stealing money. You pay for shoes but never ever get a reply or any communication for that matter. There is no email or contact number on the website. Luckily I paid with Paypal, so I could get a refund. Jut a note if there is anyone ever able to prosecute them, the name that came through after selecting to pay with paypal was: Charles Patrick.
I haven't received my product yet, but I am very happy with the service I received from Instatronics so far. Andre immediately knew when I placed an order and also prioritized it for overnight shipping, which I appreciate so much. Very friendly guy and very customer service orientated. I will be updating this review with final feedback, but very happy customer so far.
I logged 2 Hello Peter complaints already and I have only received lip service. I get a call from a consultant saying that they received a complaint, and that someone will be in contact with me. But that someone never calls. Then they call again saying that someone should have phoned, then I say they haven't. NOTHING HAPPENS.
We decided to switch over from one fibre service provider to CellC, and this has just been a huge mistake from the beginning. It took more than 2 months to change over the configuration after we signed the contract. And when that was sorted out, we were billed for a month we didn't even have service yet. We were also promised one month free and we didn't get that. So now both ladies we had contact with just disappeared. I can't get hold of either one, the numbers don't exist anymore. I can't get hold of anyone that can help me and everyone that sent a mail is just not replying.
We have fibre at home, but after seeing the good deal from CellC we got saw from two sales we decided to end our contract with our current service providers and sign a new contract for what we thought would be a better deal. But the sales ladies just pushed us to sign the contract, and after we signed, no service was provided. We can't get throught to them, their numbers change, the customer care just passes the buck from department to department. And now we don't have any internet connectivity for me to work on. I've tried numerous times to get hold of the sales ladies, and 2 weeks ago they responded again, just to tell me they need more information, which I promptly gave them. But after that, they told me they are waiting for the fibre division to get back to them, I haven't received any feedback or correspondence from them yet. Even after several mails I sent. Our service was supposed to have been operational at the start of December. It's already a month late. This is shocking service. I can't believe they are getting away with this kind of service.
We painted our kitchen aisle with a white epoxy from Hengro, and it is an excellent product. We have been struggling to get a paint that can take the hammering of a kitchen slab, and we found one at last. Their service was excellent, and the business owner is personally involved and provided us with great tips as we applied the coating by ourselves. So it is so easy to apply, we could do it ourselves! Just beware of contractors that sell the paint and don't apply it properly, who then criticise the product .
<p>I just want to warn future Vodacom clients. When you are a client of theirs the service is not bad. But it seems as soon as you close an account they turn around and become irrational and unfair, if not downright fraudulent.</p> <p>I logged a complaint with ICASA so I am not going to go into all the details here, except that I was quoted a "Early Cancellation" amount, and paid more than R10 000. After which they are refusing even after visits to the branch and emails to customer care, to close my account. Now they are "Invoicing" me the amount I paid to get it off my statement, and deducting more money off my account. The worst thing is, my number was ported to another service provider so they are billing me on a phantom number which I have no use of or even ever heard of.</p>
