FEDEX South Africa - downhill over the years
Every shipment turns into a nightmare. The clearance administrators give nonsensical answers and expect you to accept it.

4 weeks waiting for product
Order on the 4th Sep, courier arrived on the 8th but product damaged, so I sent the goods back. They avoid phonecalls. They make promises through FB messenger to remedy but it has been another 3 weeks and no product.
