What is the point of being a private banker - holding on for 52 minutes yesterday and now again 13 minutes.....and still no resolution!!!!
We have been trying for more than a year to cancel the merchant service that we do not use. None of our attempts to date has been successful. Quite frustrating and would be appreciated if someone could assist.
Inferior is not even explaining the quality of the product supplied by Hengro, and non-existing customer service to go with it. Bought the epoxy pool coating from them, followed their instructions to apply the coating but unfortunately only after a few months it started to peel already. This was brought to their attention, then they claimed it was applied incorrectly... Nice way to get out of a warrantee! I then contacted them again to let them know that the colour is coming off and staining the people in the pool - having Smurfs running around can be quite funny but yet very embarrassing. When I contacted them they did not take any calls, did not respond to any emails, deleted my comments on Facebook and blocked me entirely. And all of this from just informing them, very politely, that their product is poor and does not meet ANY expectations. Perhaps that is a form of guilt by not attending to concerns... The epoxy is peeling badly that it is now even affecting the pool pump as we found pieces clogging the internal filter in the pool pump. Warning to all consumers! Looks great for the first few weeks but that does not last.
In 2013 Perfect Slate painted the roof of my mom's house. It looked great after they did it, BUT has faded at a rapid rate to an extreme extend that we contacted the company beginning of this year. Gift from Perfect Slate came to inspect the roof and agreed that it should not have faded the way it has and agreed that it needs to be repainted free of charge as part of their guarantee. Unfortunately since then, they keep saying that they will come and redo the work, make appointments to repaint the roof but never pitch. Then when we contact them they promise that they will come by making a new appointment but yet still no action. So many appointments yet not one honoured nor even a phone call to inform if there is a problem and to reschedule. The CEO Bambo Shongwe was also contacted and fully aware of the situation and also said that it will be sorted.... Still this has not been addressed even after all the promises. DISAPPOINTING
Tracker contacted me and offered a product called Tracker Guard. This was taken for myself and 4 "sub-dependents". I struggled for weeks to get my login credentials from them and then eventually when I linked the 4 to my profile. An invite was to be sent to each one with their own login credentials. That unfortunately did not happen and also login calls, and being told they are investigating it and I will be contacted also does not happen. BUT quick to deduct the monthly fee as well as the pro-rata payment!
Pathetic! One word to describe Vodacom's online upgrades. Complained about the ridiculous delays experienced with using Vodacom's online upgrades and guess what.... still waiting. Why offer a product if you cannot deliver? Why claim next day delivery if you cannot deliver?? Online services are supposed to be an effective mechanism for customers to utilise but this seems to be the complete opposite. Three weeks later and still no phone!!
Times two!! I cannot understand how Vodacom can make online services available if it means non-service. Two contracts have been upgraded online and 2 weeks later STILL no delivery of order. They advertise next day delivery?! They contacted us to say it will be delivered within 3 to 5 days, just to phone 5 days later to say again it will be delivered within 3 to 5 days. Contact again to say there is no stock of the phone...phoned again to inform that they do actually have stock of the phone but not of the watch they included in the offer???? Why advertise, make offers available, if you cannot honour offers nor commitments. This is not a single incident as a friend of ours in struggling with the exact same issue!!!

In August 2017 I tried to upgrade my cellphone with Vodacom on their website. I went through the whole process online, all the upgrade packages for the S8 included a free J5 Samsung phone and another airtime subscription all stated as being free on their website. The order I placed online never went through according to Vodacom when I phoned them to follow up. So I had to do the upgrade request over the phone and confirmed that it was for free. Service was great and the parcel received. But at the end of the month I was billed for the "free" phone. Upon following up with them in October the lady at the call centre said she can see that it was billed incorrectly and after speaking to her manager she told me that the refund for the past payments will be made and confirmed that I will not be billed for it again. I even confirmed that with her. But unfortunately no refund came through and I was billed for it again. When I followed up in December I was told that the lady incorrectly loaded the request and he loaded a new request which will be investigated and in 3 days they will contact me. Yet again, that did not happen. Got an sms saying it is being escalated and then another saying the request is closed - no other feedback. So again I phoned, which was greeted with much frustration. Was sent from pillar to post with no feedback other than that they needed to listen to recordings??? Why needing to listen to recordings if that is what they offered on their website? And that I needed to speak to Upgrade department which seemed to be mission impossible. Still no closer to resolving it and again money taken from my account. Why advertise and get customers to accept your offer, if it is false advertising and going back to what was agreed upon? Shocking!
Ordered a digital safe and a book safe and a week later the parcel arrived - great service...until I opened the box and only the book safe was in the box. I called Groupon and a phone ticket was opened whereby they apologized and informed me that the supplier was contacted and the rest of the order will arrive within the week. Unfortunately 4 weeks later (e-mails not answered and no feedback on phone calls made) still no product. Really disappointing as I have never struggled before with Groupon. If they can just keep one posted when there is a problem.
