Hennie Centurion is a letdown

No understanding of PR or simple ergonomics. Chairs too high by all standards. Not comfortable at all. Cold food. Door open mid winter. We asked them to close the door with no effect. Musicians sound like they performed through an old megaphone. Harsh, loud and repulsive. Junior manager more interested some silly rule instead of tending to guests. No understanding of PR whatsoever. Food is a 6/10 also not value for money. Definitely not a good experience. We will not go back or refer friends/family.
