After I placed an order about “MONTH” ago I received the loop device from rain. With numerous escalations and countless tickets. No action! It does not work. No service! They employ foreigners instead of South African citizens. **** accents and no regard fir service.
No service!!!! I ordered a rain loop package on the 25th August. Every time when I contacted rain they give a ticket with empty promises
Worst service, unfriendly staff. They do not consider the customer valuable. You have lost yet another sale. Id rather buy from takelot. Cheaper and efficient

Jean Village Checkers Centurion, Hell drivers in the ba*****t parking. I fear for my safety and life. After many complaints to the Checkers management I am going to report this to the local police. Seems nobody cares how they conduct their deliveries. Please do something. Find competent drivers! This is not acceptable

I don't know why Buffalo's logistics is still being used by international companies. Seems like the bad reviews doesn't even make a dent either. They never reply to WhatsApp's or emails. Their telephone system doesn't work either.
So apparently one has to wait almost an hour for service! Then the food tastes horrible! “Sorry we didn’t take cash” ????? Then the owner/manager has an attitude? And I must apologise because I pay with cash. Wors t experience ever. If you want to eat at the TBRB please don’t!!!!
After spending well over R120 000 at Idtore Centurion (mall), no friendliness! I had to wait an hour in a que to hear that MYN does not accept Capitec applications for Cellphone contracts. The sales person then tells me she did not know in a very bad tone. ?!!! Your service is terrible! It’s never been good. Find more competent staff with manners.
I had the worst experience with The Courier Guy in Midrand. The driver shouted at me because he didn’t want to ask the guards at the gate where my office was. The parcel was not wrapped, the box and content laid in dirty water in his vehicle and was ruined. The staff at The Courier Guy, a lady named Elcha Wiggill told me the driver has a loud voice. The telephone operator told me this wasn’t the first time that this driver behaved badly. Elcha then told me the telephone operator doesn’t work with drivers. As far as I’m concerned , the telephone operator heres the complaints firsthand. This is unacceptable. I know the difference between shouting and loud talking. The staff at The Courier guy made excuses for this bad behaviour.
