I would not recommend Henry Motors to anyone.
The customer service is shocking
the workmanship is of the lowest quality I have ever experienced and had to take my car back on two occasions as the job was not done properly the first time. Then the Henry says there is unfortunately nothing he can do if it wasn’t fixed the first time and charges you full price the second time to resolve the problem which in fact had to be resolved the fist time.
Henry does not care about his clients and is in no way trying to retain current clients. There is zero willingness to assist clients and ensure they are happy with the result.
This is the worst customer service I have ever received, and henry is inadequate in his job and unable to resolve a problem the first time. I was charged twice for the same job.
This type of behaviour is highly unethical, and I would recommend that no business is ever conducted with henry motors
