Great customer service from the in-store staff especially from Thabo. Staff are willing to assist but are not enabled to do so by management as they have to call head office for permission. Management should please enable staff to make decisions on their own as this will save time and the staff are more than competent to do so.
I would not recommend Henry Motors to anyone. The customer service is shocking the workmanship is of the lowest quality I have ever experienced and had to take my car back on two occasions as the job was not done properly the first time. Then the Henry says there is unfortunately nothing he can do if it wasn’t fixed the first time and charges you full price the second time to resolve the problem which in fact had to be resolved the fist time. Henry does not care about his clients and is in no way trying to retain current clients. There is zero willingness to assist clients and ensure they are happy with the result. This is the worst customer service I have ever received, and henry is inadequate in his job and unable to resolve a problem the first time. I was charged twice for the same job. This type of behaviour is highly unethical, and I would recommend that no business is ever conducted with henry motors
Very poor customer service and response. I ordered a watch more than a month ago and still haven't received it. Every time I inquire about my watch i just receive a automated response. This is worrying due to the fact that a large amount of money is being paid for a product and the customer gets no feedback regarding the status of the order. Not being able to be in contact with any staff and only receiving automated responses in very frustrating. I would not recommend watch republic to anyone due to there poor service and lack of responsibility.
My shoes was stolen out of my bag mid September 2019 and i still hasn't been reimbursed for the stolen property. Ethiopian airlines customers service is the worst the staff is incompetent and unable to assist. I've had to contact them numerous times to figure out what is going on and what is the status of my claim and still after months have not been reimbursed. After 20 emails back and forth the problem has still not been resolved. I will not be flying with them anytime soon.
I went to fish aways on atterbury where i was greeted by incompetent staff that made me change my order because she couldn’t find it on the system. When I received my order it was incorrect and Vaida the lady helping me insisted that is what I ordered. The staff is rude and incompetent and I won’t be returning soon.
Today I went to goldwagen in Silverton and received the worst customer service (i think the guys name was Le Roy or something). The employee was sitting with his feet on the chair when he addressed me in a unprofessional manner. I told him what i was looking for when he took a call and made me wait for the call to be finished before assisting me again. I was standing at the back of the store when he called me by saying ‘kom kyk hier chom’ this is no way to address a client. This customer service is unacceptable. I used to be a big goldwagen fan and always suported them but after this I won’t be going back soon.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Replaced my broken plane without hesitation.
Visited 2 midas this week not one of them was able to assist me the staff is rude and incompetent and have no knowledge of the products they stock and is unwilling to assist with any matter due to their incompetence.
Phoned them 5 times today, every time they tell me they’ll get back to me, but they don’t. This isn’t the first time I’ve received bad customer service from British 4x4 the staff is arrogant and unwilling to assist. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
I’ve spent over R3000 at cotton n and accumulated a lot of vouchers, but the vouchers can’t be redeemed when buying online. Due to the lack of stock at stores in my area I’ve had to resort to online shopping and must pay the full price due to the voucher not being able to be redeemed.
