I wish I could say my experience has been positive, but it has been a nightmare.
Initially our bed was fine - we bought the showpiece - the “Ferrari” of beds - the 100/30.
Around 2 weeks after we slept on the mattress, the bed started making dents where we slept. We thought we would give it some time, turning the mattress as they stated we should, but I kept getting pins and needles and the dents became so deep, I couldn’t move out of them or even turn around without waking up. It has gotten so bad that there is this big bulge in the middle of the mattress (so you can forget about cuddling) and it takes physical effort to get out of bed due to the dents.
We have been fighting for over 2 months to get this bed returned, they have excuse after excuse and they actually tell us all this is “normal”… The manufacturers told me in their report that I should not sit on my bed. I mean, really??
This R36 500 purchase was the worst mistake of my life. Imagine you can’t sleep because the bed made this deep crater and you can’t turn around?
The photos I have attached is just a tip of the iceberg - what it looks like when you sit or lay on the mattress for a few minutes, then stand up and wait a minute or two. The mattress does not bounce back like the one in the shop.
Bed King keeps telling me the mattress should not do this - but on email they keep telling me this is normal. I don’t know what to do anymore except write a review at 1am because I can’t sleep.
Would never recommend.
