I wish I could say my experience has been positive, but it has been a nightmare. Initially our bed was fine - we bought the showpiece - the “Ferrari” of beds as Prosper would put it. The 100/30 that is in the entrance of the shop (Atterbury branch) Around 2 weeks after we slept on the mattress, the bed started making dents where we slept. We thought we would give it some time, turning the mattress as they stated we should, but I kept getting pins and needles and the dents became so deep, I couldn’t move out of them or even turn around without waking up. It has gotten so bad that there is this big bulge in the middle of the mattress (so you can forget about cuddling) and it takes physical effort to get out of bed due to the dents. We have been fighting for over 2 months to get this bed returned, they have excuse after excuse and they actually tell us all this is “normal”… The manufacturers told me in their report that I should not sit on my bed. I mean, really?? This R36 500 purchase was the worst mistake of my life. Imagine you can’t sleep because the bed made this deep crater and you can’t turn around? The mattress does not bounce back like the one in the shop. Bed King keeps telling me the mattress should not do this - but on email they keep telling me this is normal. I don’t know what to do anymore except write a review at 1am because I can’t sleep. Would never recommend.

Contravention of the POPI Act They would simply never remove me from their email list despite emailing and calling to have me removed from the marketing list.
The 2018 promotion where you buy the large meal and get a voucher (i chose the nu metro tickets) is a scam! I bought numerous large meals and followed the instructions up to where they say they will send you an sms on how you can redeem your prize and then i never got an sms. Stop falsely advertising your products please.
Poor service! You spend at least R20 in airtime to fix a problem that shouldn't be there in the first place. If you have a payment plan they continuously switch off your dstv even though you do pay. No wonder everyone is cancelling the services.
Sinotec sounbar is nonsense Bought a soundbar around 6 months ago and it constantly switches itself off. There is no help online, tried emailing them with no response and they also don't answer their phones. So sick and tired...

I went to mall of the south on 14 April 2018 with a ring that i purchased 7 months ago. the one stone fell out. I am extremely upset because just after the warranty expires, the product breaks and i have to spend more money to fix it when i know it was a manufacturing fault (As this is the 2nd ring i purchased in less than a year that looks exactly the same). I feel that this is unacceptable as i spent A LOT of money just to hear a "sorry mam the warranty expired" and you have to pay for it.
Went for a free consultation, the lady who helped me didnt even have a office... we sat in the reception area, when we started asking questions about lawyer fees and attorney fees and how much the company will be taking from my payout if we win the case or what i will be held liable for in the event that we lose, her attitude made a 360 degree turn and she got extremely nasty saying \if i told you that it would be a fee paying consultation\" numerous times. She also chipped in whilst i was talking and did not allow me to finish my sentence. We wasted our time and petrol money because she could not answer even the most basic legal questions like do we still have time to refer the matter to the labour court. I will honestly not recommend using them with any legal matters."
