don't ever buy from henwood bedding
This company says warranty and guarantee but comes with many terms and conditions,theres a fault in the matress its not even pass the warranty,barely 2 yeras but the mattress has sunken in, the company however finds no default because of a few stains made by my kids,that was steam cleaned. The solution is to purchase a new mattress at a cheaper price, that's a joke. If anyone is in the market for a new mattress please don't ever buy the henwood dynasty mattress. No quality, poorly made and the company will never assist in any fault.

11 Aug 2020, 09:06The name registered would be my husband imran Hussain, an email was already received from your consultant and that we should purchase another cheaper mattress. I have a mattress from another company going on 11years with no fault,I bought the henwood because I wanted a new one but clearly its not quality,and I will buy a new mattress but definitely not anything from henwood.

11 Aug 2020, 10:21You just don't want to find fault as usual with companies like yours ,so stains made by my kids has nothing to do with the quality of the mattress, its uncomfortable and sunken in definitely poor workmanship. Definitely not worth the price. I was not made aware that if something falls on the mattress that I paid with my money has to do with the ****ty quality of your product. So easy for you to get away with customers paying for something and stating there's a guarantee but when we find a fault you want to blame a few stains. The stains don't make the bed uncomfortable it's the cheap mattress you sell for high prices

11 Aug 2020, 10:34If your mattress is burnt soiled or stained it can effect the integrity of the materials and becomes a sanitary concern for the men and woman that work on the product as well the new mattresses being produced. We have provided you with alternatives based on the ts and Cs of the guarantee.

You choose not to see any fault in the mattress, its clearly sunken in and very uncomfortable, and i do use mattress protection the spill happend when there was no cover and i have toddlers that were playing in the room. And for the last time the stain has nothing to do with the quality of the mattress...the free mattress i got from coricraft has better quality and way better to sleep on then the mattress your company sold to me...and stop harping on a stain when you trying to avoid the real fault of your manufacturing.

11 Aug 2020, 11:20Apologies that you are not comfortable. The in home inspection results show that there is no collapsing of the foam layers and the product internals are performing normally. After a year of use a comfort exchange is an option to help meet your comfort needs. The costs were on your feedback document.

11 Aug 2020, 11:25This company is ridiculous, the guy that inspected focused more on the stain,took pictures of the stain ,never really worried about the mattress ,he kept on talking about the stain so clearly you guys found a loophole for not taking accountability for the bad manufacturing, yes terms and conditions are helping your company for selling cheap quality at high prices. And if I'm not happy after a year I must pay more money to buy another faulty mattress...this is a joke really.

11 Aug 2020, 14:20Just to advise you maam that I was the one that carried out the inspection. When I was there I advised you about the stains and that they would be a problem. A thorough inspection was done to ascertain if a defect was present and there was none. Terms and conditions are there to protect you.
