disappointing experience with kitchen studio
The most unprofessional kitchen company from bad workmanship to bad customer service. Installation started in December 2017 it's now 6 months and adjustments were only recently done and not even complete. All my bedrooms and kitchen started to mold they said because it's a new building but then they decided to replace the backs of cupboards and I realised they used cheap cardboard almost like paper in 3 bedrooms scullery and kitchen. Then fleas started still waiting on feedback for the last 2 months on that, again they say it's a new building but it's nowhere else but the cupboards...they call and make empty promises and never deliver. It's sad to walk into their showroom in umhlanga and think you going to get what's you see or the price is quality and professionalism , it's not ...it's cheap material and bad service !
