Herbal life South Africa does not all exchanges and return of unused products

So Herbal Life does not allow exchanges or returns even though they sell premium products , I am now stuck with products of that I paid almost a R 1000 for all because I mistakenly selected an incorrect product during my purchase . i.eProtein Drink Mix Vegan instead of Protein Drink Mix

I must say this came as a shock and massive disappointment to me .
