So Herbal Life does not allow exchanges or returns even though they sell premium products , I am now stuck with products of that I paid almost a R 1000 for all because I mistakenly selected an incorrect product during my purchase . i.eProtein Drink Mix Vegan instead of Protein Drink Mix I must say this came as a shock and massive disappointment to me .
Telkom is a useless network , they suspended my services and though everything is up to date. I made payments upon contractual amounts but my services are still cancelled . Their billing system is ******* , they just suspend service for nothing . I am highly disappointed
I cancelled my phone contract and app**** for a new contract on the same cell number and they took all my details and gave me a new device . I have about 3 contracts with Telkom . However ever since I took the additional contract they suspend all my contracts anytime of the month and when I enquire they always say that I exceeded my credit limit . I hear a different story every month and I am not able to use my cellphone and data until the end of a month /beginning of a new month yet I am paying everything that I am supposed to pay for . Telkom is supposed to know how much amount I will use per month and debit it. I am also worried that this might be affecting my credit score . I have been with Telkom for many years and I am very disappointed with their lack of competence when it comes to managing their own contracts. So I pay all the amounts I am supposed to pay and they suspend my accounts , I hope this matter gets resolved soon because I cannot be cancelling my contracts prematurely .
