I placed an order with Herbalife in December, and the delivery took an unreasonably long time. Before leaving the country, I was contacted by their courier team and explicitly informed them of a specific date on which the order should be delivered. Despite this, the order was not delivered as agreed and was instead returned to Herbalife.
I then contacted Herbalife to arrange for the order to be sent back to me and to understand why it was not delivered on the requested date. Communication was very slow, and it took a long time to receive responses. When I eventually did, i was told some items were now out of stock, how as the order was ready to be delivered already packaged?
This explanation does not make sense. The items only went out of stock in January, whereas my order was placed and paid for in December. This strongly suggests that my already-paid-for items were reassigned or sold to someone who placed an order later, and this was not communicated honestly.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. There was poor communication, no accountability, and ultimately no resolution. This experience has significantly affected my trust in Herbalife as a business.
