Herbal scam!

I purchase an order on the website (https://www.hlfstore.co.za/). The order amount to R1249 . On the website it stated that I will receive confirmation of my order and the tracking number through an SMS & email, but i haven't heard from Herbalife. Right now im trying to understand whether or not am i being scammed because i'm unable to log onto my account anymore , contact details provided does not exist! sent them an email today on <info@hlfstore.co.za> with no responses! i am very much disappointed and i would recommenced anyone to purchase anything from Herbalife online. it's very sad that we are trying to better ourselves yet again we are being robbed

I'll stick to buying things over the counter !
