Incompetent regulations

I placed an order as a herbalife distributor on the 03/08/20 at an amount of +- R1800 and today literally marks the 14th day still my parcel hasn't arrived

To date no communication has been made and when I tracked down my order on the 19th August from dawnwing I was told by consultant Mandisa Jeje that as soon as there was feedback from EL DPD Laser branch I'll be contacted, but nothing still Now today marks exactly the 14th day since I placed my order but no update on why the delay... If herbalife has incompetent sales pupils then let people know that you're hiring because you advertise your brand colorfully
