Hi Sir/Madam I sent 2 emails already to the company email And since then there hasn't been any form of communication or follow up I requested an action that was to be actioned by a liquor store owner, which was verbally communicated a year or 2 years ago but still no action has been taken I'd appreciate your feedback asap
I'm so frustrated with VeriCred Credit Bureau Thinus Nortje. It's been months since I have been requesting for a paid up letter for my Sportscene account that was paid off last December 2019 The last call I made to them was on the 3rd June 20 and I spoke to Abrah Mthosa/Mathosa and I was told the same story about system being down that prevents paid up letters being sent through but after a while on the phone he assured me that he was gonna forward the information I had provided to his superior for them to send the letter via email(as he was confident that they get sent immediately) but even today I'm still waiting It's funny how we get pressurized by your call centre agents for these debts but when it's your system to deliver and you fail now we must be lenient towards your regulations.. 0610035843 Contact Details Mteteleli Qoza
Hi my name is Mteteleli Qoza(25) I was residing from one of the XB Tini Properties in East London at no 50 Kimberly Road North End.I moved in on May 2018 But the Rent and deposit was paid immediately.Then I was given a contract to sign that stated that only the Deposit is paid out after 12 months period of stay.So my stay was fine until I gave the month notice before I vacated the building. I moved out of the building on the 15th September 2019 I was then told to expect the deposit as per agreement after the 7th day of October 2019 Still I'm waiting and the landlady keeps on telling me that it'll be paid out after the 7th of October but when I made a call to the Head Office in Berea East London on the 8th/10/19 after 15h00 I was told by the assistant that the Landlady hasn't been to the office yet to file for my refund...please assist..this is not how you do business
