WORST service from Dirk Wessels from Hereford Group/Liberty

Have been sending Multiple emails to our representative dirk.wessels@herefordgroup.co.za wit no success, he doesn't respond to calls, whatsapp messages or emails.

Received an bulk email to ask if we would like to set up an appointment, ive responded TWICE to request a meeting to get my parents matters sorted with no avail
