Have been sending Multiple emails to our representative dirk.wessels@herefordgroup.co.za wit no success, he doesn't respond to calls, whatsapp messages or emails. Received an bulk email to ask if we would like to set up an appointment, ive responded TWICE to request a meeting to get my parents matters sorted with no avail
Hopefully by leaving this review ill get SOME sort of response from Vodacom! I applied for fibre in September after numerous phonecalls and empty promises Im STILL waiting on installation I keep on receiving lame excuses and empty promises I want to cancel this contract as the whole point of getting fibre was to work from home! Disappointed is an understatement!
Yoco disappoint once AGAIN after our first Yoco machine gave us a system tampered error JUST after the warranty expired I took the machine in when the unfriendly consultants at We fix George had no IDEA what they were talking about and had to phone around to figure out whats going on I was left with no choice than to purchase another machine . at that stage I Assumed that ive probably done something wrong and needed a new machine desperately BUT this time around its AGAIN just after the warrant expired and AGAIN I have the same issue Is this Yocos way of making money??? We were using the machine and the next moment it just gave us an error! These machines aren't cheap and to replace them on a yearly basis is not beneficial to my company! if you want to replace your card machine yearly DO NOT purchase a Yoco machine!
My Fiance was contacted by someone from Vodacom whom offered a contract to him, after visiting the local Vodacom shop that what he was offered and what he is being billed for doesnt correlate. His bill include a handset which he didn't receive, We have visited 3 vodacom shops and phoned various call centers with no success! As he struggles to understand/speak English I've asked for an Afrikaans Consultant which is still busy on the other line as we haven't received a call back yet since Saturday When we asked for the affordability application forms and recording of the contract no one knows what we are talking about? I would LOVE to hear HOW vodacom did his affordability tests!
Besides from receiving a stinking I Dont really want to help you attitude their service is exactly that Stinky! After requesting assistance with a deduction of R1500 for my data account the sales representative merely told me that she cant assist and I should phone in, the more I explained that ive already done just that the more here tone of voice got more agitated and irritated I requested a web content to be stopped because that apparently resulted in the high bill she assured me that she will do just that and change my account to a top up to prevent any further bills, just to get another bill this month of R600 and no one can advise which sites these subscriptions on Vodacom cant prove any subscriptions but they deduct This is for sure the last contract Ill take at Vodacom!
