I signed up for wifi and my instalation date was indicated for 9 Feb 2026 (HLHER130). To date I have not yet received any implementation. I have unfortunately already cancelled my service with the previous provider. Wayne who sold me the service is not responding. Wilma at the "Scheduling department" advised that they do not have stock, but that they will check if they can not obtain a loan unit from another branch. I am still waiting to hear when stock will arrive.
The website also does not give tel nr's for escalation, and the what'sapp service keeps saying " wait for an agent..." This has been going on for days and I am extremely frustrated as there does not seem to be an escalation mechanism.
