The service we have received from this establishment has left a bitter taste in our mouths. We bought 4 high chairs at their showroom and while they are quick to take your cash they’ll give you subpar after sales service. Firstly it wasn’t communicated that we need to assemble the chairs ourselves or we could pay extra for their white glove service - we only found this out after they had delivered. So we pay for the assembly service and they come through to assemble.
All should be well right? Nope! Two of the assembled chairs are now falling apart (thank goodness we didn’t assemble ourselves else we wouldn’t have a leg to stand on) less than a week from assembly and fortunately they are willing to replace the chs. Here’s the kicker, they won’t be scotch guarding our chairs like we have which means we must pay again for something we already have paid for. I then suggest they only replace the stand and leave the seat as we’ve already treated them and they won’t. Why? Only they know. I utterly regret purchasing from this store. Nonhlanhla (sales assistant), Shirley (store manager) & Portia (client liaison) you should write a handbook on how NOT to handle customers. Shirley, your “take it or leave it tone” with me this morning is why I’ve resorted to a public review :)
P.S. a customer doesn’t need to request their change when making a purchase, it’s an obvious thing to do especially if you know what you’re doing.
