Heylo Baywest. Do I need to say more. On the 26th of December 2024. Me and my family went to Heylo in Bawest to buy a few things for our new home. I bought a few things the first time, we were assisted by Chuma (Not sure how to spell) and we paid. Never got a receipt for our purchases. The second time I went in alone. Bought 2 things. From the same cashier. No slip received yet again. We went to pay for our paeking tickect. And Chuma came and ask me why i did not pay dor one item. I was not too sure what she was speaking about as I paid and did not received a proof of purchase. She came and embarrassed my whole family in front of Baywest as she did not do her job correctly. She went to call the manager as per my request. They could not show me my slip for my purchased and paid items. I gave back the one item she was complaining about to avoid further arguments.Very disappointed in the store and the employees. Would not recommend the store to anyone. Will never buy from a store where the employees are not properly trained or have the decent mannerisms to take us back to the store and discuss the situation.
Please provide proper training and customer service training. Very very poor service.
