Heylo Baywest. Do I need to say more. On the 26th of December 2024. Me and my family went to Heylo in Bawest to buy a few things for our new home. I bought a few things the first time, we were assisted by Chuma (Not sure how to spell) and we paid. Never got a receipt for our purchases. The second time I went in alone. Bought 2 things. From the same cashier. No slip received yet again. We went to pay for our paeking tickect. And Chuma came and ask me why i did not pay dor one item. I was not too sure what she was speaking about as I paid and did not received a proof of purchase. She came and embarrassed my whole family in front of Baywest as she did not do her job correctly. She went to call the manager as per my request. They could not show me my slip for my purchased and paid items. I gave back the one item she was complaining about to avoid further arguments.Very disappointed in the store and the employees. Would not recommend the store to anyone. Will never buy from a store where the employees are not properly trained or have the decent mannerisms to take us back to the store and discuss the situation. Please provide proper training and customer service training. Very very poor service.
Second time having this problem. Medicross Cape Road's service is the worst I have experienced in my life before. You think when you have a medical aid that you pay a lot of money for you can get good service and don't need to wait when making a booking. My mom phoned on Monday the 25th to make a booking to see Doctor for a problem I have. And uppon arrival we wait for more than 15 minutes for someone to take our tempratures. When that was finally done I had to wait another 10 minutes for my file. We made my appointment for 11:15 and as from now on it is currently 12:30. More than an hour late. When you go ask by the receptionist why is it taking so long they tell us to be patient and wait as the Doctors are running behide schedule. Why should we then make an appointment?? I could've gone to a goverment doctor and be seen on time. Very dissapointment with the service. Dr Koch is a wonderful doctor and has always found a solution to my medical needs. The staff in front need proper training. And they are short staff. Please help this practice. This is not the first time.
We as a family went to go buy a few things at PEP Newton Park and as we call know we can't fit on shoes as of the lockdown. But that is not the problem. The problem came in when one of the employees came to scold us for trying on shoes, as all the tags showed a size 9. So how were we supposed to know which size. So I feel with them coming to complain they could've atleast have all the shoe tags CORRECTLY then we wouldn't be trying on shoes in the first place. Very rude and unpleasent service. Would not recommend a Sunday with the family at that store.l
Good Day. I would like to address a situation that have been going on for the last 3 months. We have a dead street light in Hanekom street Ferguson Township in Port Elizabeth for the last 3 months. During this covid 19 time it is very unsafe to go outside in our own yard as it is pitch black in the street. I have a father that works night shift most of the time and my mom needs to go outside late at night or very early in the morning to open the gate and I feel that its very unsafe for her to do that as there is no working light. We also stay next to very dangerous people that steals for a living and I feel like we are so unsafe and we can't even see in our yard what is going on. We have been reporting this light every since and no respond. The Municipality collects the black bags every Tuesday, and them it is also dark but they don't see it not working Could you please help us feel safe again? Or help us solve the problem. Thank You.
I had a contract on my sisters name for myself as I did not have a credit score. So when I eventually got a credit score I was able to change the contract account to my name. So I went to Vodacom 4U Walker Drive (worst mistake)to go and change the ownership of the contact to my name. The sales consultant or must I call him unexperienced consultant David to help me as he went to jump up and help me when we got there. We were struggling for about 2 weeks to get the contract transfered and when it got transferd it was done wrong. As we expected it wouldve been wrong. As he wasnt really helpfull. My contract is suppose to be a R300 odd amount but now my debit order whent off a total of R676.00 which is not unfair as that was not the arrangement. I have this contract since Feb 2019 and this is the first time I have problems with Vodacom as I used to work for them back in time. We dont have money to waste at this time. I feel like David needs to go back on training or I will personally give him training myself. Please see what you guys can do for me as this is not the first time I was charge the R676.00 Thank you.
