Hey Neighbour has ****med me off of my money and I would like a refund. I purchased a ticket on the 31st of May 2025. On the 6th of October I cancelled my refund and requested a refund which they promised to pay before the end of Oct. The 31st of October I received another email from them stating that they are still trying to process funds due to the high volume of refund request, asking me to be patient and that I will receive my refund. I went onto my account on the 15th of Jan 2026 and my status has been changed from “processing” to “refund paid” . I have not received my refund and I entered the correct banking details. Hey neighbour is a **** and it deserves to be cancelled , I’ve tried sending emails and calling them but the emails don’t go through , same goes for the contact number on their emails. I want my money back !
