Do not book through these people. Booked and pay for our daughter 16th birthday in June to go to Thailand. She was suppose to leave on saturday the 16th December 2017 and on friday no tickets was booked. The emotional trauma has caused my daughter to have an epileptic fit. These prople are con artist at their best!!! In one day we were notified of 4 other cases. I cant believe this it still feels like a bad dream.

We have booked through Henda and Izak Heyneke and paid in full in June 2017 all the fees for the accommodation, flights and train tickets from 18 Dec 2017 until 2 Jan 2018. One day before our departure date (17 December), Izak and Henda informed us that they never paid the flights and they have no funds to do so as they already used our funds on other peoples bookings. They required an extra R57,000.00 to pay for the flights. We also made bookings through Tripadvisor R20,000.00 and had to cancel all this with only 50% refund. A fraud case has been opened in Krugersdorp Police Station and the company will be sued. Please stay away from this company and individuals.

Its been 5 weeks and all she does is lie and ignore us. She makes promises to send confirmation but never does. The matter is still pending.

What was agreed upon on the quotation was not delivered, were meant to stay 2 nights in phi Phi island but only 1 was booked, flight dates were also booked wrong, we were less that 24 hrs in Phi Phi, we went so far and we were a group of 13 and they just couldn't be bothered about their mistakes and refuse to admit them. I then made a claim for compensation but i was told that there is actually a bill still outstanding from my side, i cannot believe this and will be handing this over to attorneys for full compensation. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone, poor service and more expensive then all others in the end and we didnt even get what we paid for.

<p>Bad experience, I recently booked a trip with Heyneke travel, the trip was booked by Henda and included accommodation and internal transfers in Thailand and Singapore. Henda issued vouchers for all of the accommodation and transfers, when we arrived in ****et the transfer company had no record of the booking. We arranged our own transfer upon arrival at the hotel the reception confirmed that the vouchers were not valid, this was the case in Sigapore as well. My PA spent several hours on two occasions with Henda to make alternative arrangements.</p> <p> </p> <p>To date she has made no attempt to accept responsibility nor has there been any apology for the incident.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would caution anyone making a booking with her company.</p>
