Complaining numerously that when loadshedding is on there is NO fiber. In our current street we are over 5 houses making use of fiber 3 of them with businesses. Installed generators/solar and inverters but what is the use as the fiber is not working so the business cant operate as normal. At the Vodacom tower there is a backup battery but it does not come on. And NO ONE COMES OUT. Every household and business is currently bleeding because of loadshedding and so many additional cost have been occurred to at least have our businesses run in the downtime. But without fiber all the extra cost was a complete waste. And Vodacom does not respond or even come out to check the battery at the tower. Quick to send an acknowledge sms when loadshedding starts and quick to se d a sms to say its been restored after loadshedding when indeed they havent done ANYTHING. We get charged monthly the normal rate - but are unable to sometimes use fiber between 2-3 hours for 2-3 x times a week. Then amend my bill or get your technicians out to the tower to investigate why the back up battery is not working.

Thanks for going the extra mile especially when we were faced with a problem in loading a service provider to our system. By going the extra mile you not just made my life easier but also made our client very happy with the excellent service delivery in our office. Keep up the good work!
I have placed orders with this company 1 Order in June and another in July. I paid for 7 days delivery. I have sent numerous emails made request on there online store and facebook page. On the 22 October 2018, Ashton Bauer sent me s long email apologizing and even offering me a R50 voucher off my next spend. And promised that my full order will be dispatched that Thursday. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they were changing Management. A month later and another 2 mails I sent to them Once again asking were my orders are. I have even requested a refund. Now they have disallowed me to make comments on there facebook page but the stock I ordered in June and July was placed on Sale for yesterdays black friday special. I just want my money back and warn other customers out there that this is not a proper page nor online shop. They have stolen R2237.01 rands I paid over. I have proof of payment, mails and all evidence. My order #1669 & Order# 1674. This company must be stopped and Public needs to be warned!
Do not book through these people. Booked and pay for our daughter 16th birthday in June to go to Thailand. She was suppose to leave on saturday the 16th December 2017 and on friday no tickets was booked. The emotional trauma has caused my daughter to have an epileptic fit. These prople are con artist at their best!!! In one day we were notified of 4 other cases. I cant believe this it still feels like a bad dream.
