Really bad experience

I ordered the buy 2 get 5 bodysuit sale and oh my, what a process it's been. On their website it clearly states the order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours and to allow up to 5 business days for delivery depending on location. I've literally waited 6 business days and no update on when my delivery will take place, just received a tracking number. I've ordered from them before and that is why I figured I'd give it another go as the first experience with really great, received my items within 4 business days.

It's been weeks and I've still not received any refund or my items. I would have like this for an event and all response received is the refund is on it's way. Would suggest giving another vendor try if you need the items within atleast 2 weeks.
