Had a very bad service from their Vodacom Shop at Middelburg Mall. I requested to cancel a contract a day after I signed for the contract and went as far as taking the cell phone back to their Shop. I have since not received any response from them. I have logged a com[plaint with the National Consumer Board reporting this issue and will continue to cancel the debit order and only pay for the 2 contracts that are currently running and I am happy with them.
The level of service is very poor and degrading as well. The employees personalize the issues and believe we should take contracts even when we are not happy with the offer and service rendered. Unfortunately, Vodacom will be affected by these issues since they are contracted to them and using their brand.
