Avoid High Cell Solar Solutions/Herman Steyn - Failed to payback Deposit money

As per the other complainant, back in June 2024 I paid a 70% deposit to Herman Steyn of Highveld Solar Solutions. To cut a long story short, after repeated excuses and a letter of demand, of the installation only the solar panels were supp**** and installed Nov 2024, Herman then kept the rest the deposit, +/- R70k.
