Bad Service
On the 28th February I ordered a Nazene Spray at Hillcrest Selcourt, and was recommended Linctagon spray, I reacted badly from using the spray. On the 1st March I called thd pharmacy and explain my bad side effects, and asked what must I do with the product, the Pharmacist assistant asked"is no one in the family having the same problem I'm having, they can use it." how, on the leaflet they say u don't share medicine. She said I can buy Saline Spray, she even recommended other sprays. The question I asked was, I have to pay again, what if that one also does not work. The Pharmacies called (Black guy) he was telling me I can have that reaction from any medication, I could have refused a recommendation, I was sick and when a pharmacist recommend something similar to what I use, why must I refuse. I trusted her. (Maritsa) I could hear he wanted to close this case without considering my feelings and the waste of money. I feel cheated by this pharmacy. I am so dissapointed.

Excellent Service
This pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have been to in years. They are friendly, efficient, professional and extremely happy to assist. I have just handed them our chronic medication prescriptions. The amount of service that they gave me was exceptional. It is always a pleasure going to this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have been to in years. They are friendly, efficient, professional and extremely happy to assist. I have just handed them our chronic medication prescriptions. The amount of service that they gave me was exceptional. It is always a pleasure going to this pharmacy.

Best ever Pharmacy in Springs
Hi, just to say that Hillcrest Pharmacy have the friendliest and professional employees' I have ever seen. All employees are always friendly and helpful. The products are of the best and are so affordable. The owners are amazing People.

Best ever Pharmacy in Springs
Hi, just to say that Hillcrest Pharmacy have the friendliest and professional employees' I have ever seen. All employees are always friendly and helpful. The products are of the best and are so affordable. The owners are amazing People.

Even when we encounter problems from the medical aid- something that happens occasionally- she will call them and ensure your matter is resolved. She is always friendly, willing to assist. The abovementioned people are some of the most knowledgeable, caring and patient professionals ever to exist, and it should be noted that this pharmacy level of expertise and conduct is absolutely above the rest of so-called "well known" pharmacies. Hillcrest Pharmacy is beyond amazing!
To whom it may concern, I feel it is necessary to make sure the whole country is aware of the most amazing pharmacy and pharmacists around. My mother has had a history of endometrial carcinoma that metastasized to her liver, along with rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. My father has had 5 heart attacks in previous years and is now a pensioner. Hillcrest Pharmacy's pharmacists are so professional, knowledgeable and so kind that they have helped my family weekly, sometimes daily, to ensure everyone gets their correct medication. I cannot express to one how amazing this place and its staff are! Warm, friendly, knowledgeable beyond belief, efficient, caring, professional- the list is endless! I need to thank Hillcrest Pharmacy for all they have done, and continue to do! They literally have saved our lives on many occasions... I cannot show my appreciation enough to these amazing people!
