1/5 stars I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Rain WiFi. Despite paying a substantial amount for their services, I have been experiencing inconsistent and unreliable connectivity over 2 months which only seems to work at night.When you call Rain they hung up and no assistance is provided . Over the past month, I have made numerous attempts to contact their customer service team, but my calls have gone unanswered, and I have not received any response to my complaints. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable and indicates a lack of concern for their customers. The service agreement promises 24/7 connectivity, but I have been left with no alternative but to conclude that this is not the case. I have tried troubleshooting and restarting the router, but the issue persists. As a result of their failure to address my concerns, I will be cancelling my service effective next month. I expect a full resolution to this issue and a refund for the subpar service I have received. I urge Rain WiFi to take immediate action to rectify their network issues and improve their customer service.

Good evening , On the 27 of March 2023 I bought two shades from Bobbi brown . The first order arrived 3 days after it was placed , upon delivery I learnt that it’s a wrong shade . I called immediately to inform them and I was told to wait for the second order and bring it back then . I called them on numerous occasions to let them know I’m still waiting, they assured that my order was with the courier company known as Amerax . On the 26 of April I received a refund into my account without communication I decided to call and make a follow up about my order that was not resolved and needs to be exchanged. They apologised and promised to address my query .They forwarded a form to fill and E mailed it back and that was 3 weeks ago . Despite the pathetic service I received I remained loyal to them because I love the product on the 27th of June I made another purchase worth R1600 And sent another email to find out when this matter is going to be attended to date nothing .. The level of incompetency is unacceptable
NOT HONOURING THEIR OWN ARRANGEMENTS. I am one of the investors with African United stokvel . They fail to pay investors as agreed . They went on and decided to pay in instalments to members without even informing them or consenting . That is contravention of breach . We have every right as members to seek legal remedies . Despite the arrangements to pay in instalments they still fail to honour the arrangements they made to investors . I guess another way to silence them . I have been trying to reach out to Enya instead I am blocked on Facebook and messenger by Sam . I can’t even comment . I need money they owing. I saved with intentions to pay my debts quickly instead I’m owing serving providers. I want them to tel me why they have suddenly blocked me or not paid my money as promised. I have recommended them to log of ppl and I am being victimised because of them failing to pay . Zinhle Sukazi .
Every 15th of every month I have mandated TELKOM to debit my account . On the 15th of May 2023 TELKOM debited my cheque acc for the amount of R6246, 20 and today my services were interrupted by TELKOM without verifying a payment from their end.. ‘ignorance is not an excuse ‘If TELKOM doesn’t compensate me for income lost . I have no choice but to stop my contracts and I future payments will not be honoured .
On 31 May 2022 I lost my iPhone 13 ProMax. Armed with the necessary documents, I proceeded to report the matter at the police station. Thereafter, I reported my loss to my insurance: Budget Insurance. This is where my displeasure with poor service began. After consultant Hajraihad asked me to send certain documents: IMEI; ITC#; and my phone’s purchase invoice, and after I had provided the documents, I was assigned to Sfiso Cebekhulu. This gentleman introduced himself to me as a Senior Consultant Risk Adjuster. What irks me about this gentleman is that apart from asking for the documents I had already submitted, he asked for, in addition, a police report. Worse, he asked that I waive my right to privacy and avail personal information to him. His demeanour was that he ****s a snook at the POPI Act. I indicated to him that I object to that he flouts the POPI Act, but he persisted, every two days or so, to ask for my personal information. His behaviour gives me the impression that this is his strategy to hassle me as well as demur and stymie the processing of my claim. It seems he wants to frustrate me such that I eventually abandon my claim.
I write to complain about the shabby treatment I have received from GEMS. On January 10 2022 I consulted Dr NoVis, an ophthalmologist. He only accepts cash, per consultation, and then issues a receipt. The patient has the duty to submit to GEMS for a refund. I, duly, first submitted my receipt to claim, to GEMS, on the January 10 2022. I did not receive any response that acknowledged receipt of my claim. I then submitted the claim, again, on February 04 2022. I still did not receive a response. The third time I submitted to claim was on March 02 2022. This time, on enquiry, I received the response that I must re-submit my claim as they have not received any claim. My complaint is based on that GEMS responded to me only after I had made numerous submissions and enquiries. Yours sincerely J E Sukazi
Good morning. I wish to thank Denise of Hillcrest Pharmacy at Selcourt for her outstanding and selfless customer service. She always goes beyond the call of duty to get you the best attention. Even when we encounter problems from the medical aid- something that happens occasionally- she will call them and ensure your matter is resolved. She is always friendly, willing to assist. I, therefore, applaud her for good service.
On 02 November 2021 I went to iStore, Eastgate, to obtain a new iphone as well as to renew my contract. To my surprise, it took exceedingly long: three hours, to receive the service I expected. Thankfully, one consultant, Lesedi Hlatshwayo, attended me and resolved what seemed to be an insurmountable problem. Were it not for her patience, effectiveness, efficiency, and helpfulness, I would probably have gone home without a new cellphone. I commend Lesedi Hlatshwayo for being so accommodating and considerate. May she continue to be of assistance to clients and customers who need help at iStore.
I write to complain about Truworths. I opened an account with them towards end of last year if not beginning of this year I’m not sure about the dates . I noticed, later, that there is a “fraud insurance” for which I am charged. It, further, seems that Hollands administers this insurance. Truworths did not discuss this insurance with me, neither did I, at any stage, consent to this insurance. When I remonstrate to Truworths about this insurance, they say I must communicate with Holland. Hollands tell me to write an email. Why must I be at pains to rectify a situation to which I was not invited, and one to which I did not consent? I would like them, especially Truworths, to cancel this contract as well as repay the deductions they have made. Yours sincerely Elizabeth Sukazi
