On the 28th February I ordered a Nazene Spray at Hillcrest Selcourt, and was recommended Linctagon spray, I reacted badly from using the spray. On the 1st March I called thd pharmacy and explain my bad side effects, and asked what must I do with the product, the Pharmacist assistant asked"is no one in the family having the same problem I'm having, they can use it." how, on the leaflet they say u don't share medicine. She said I can buy Saline Spray, she even recommended other sprays. The question I asked was, I have to pay again, what if that one also does not work. The Pharmacies called (Black guy) he was telling me I can have that reaction from any medication, I could have refused a recommendation, I was sick and when a pharmacist recommend something similar to what I use, why must I refuse. I trusted her. (Maritsa) I could hear he wanted to close this case without considering my feelings and the waste of money. I feel cheated by this pharmacy. I am so dissapointed.
I'm so disappointed with Vodacom, customer service is poor, I was called by a guy at Vodacom head office, he said my contract must be migrated, and I asked him will it affect my bill, he said no, actually it will bring it down. He also made some airtime changes to 4 phones I took. To my surprise my bill is now more by more than R500 and I'm struggling to cancel this migration, they promise to fix it but they don't. Last night at 10pm I spoke to customer care, he said he was doing it as we speak. Hope he was telling the truth. Yesterday I was also ****med by someone who said he was from the Vodacom head office, he knew about my complain and he had all my details. He said they were celebrating an anniversary I forgot of how many years and I was chosen among 10. They are giving me a Samsung cellphone, washing machine, R30000, R5000 grocery voucher, then I was transfered to a finance department to transfer my reward, the finance guy said their system is kicking my Acc out so they will courier the funds, the other gifts I will collect at Springs mall. The courier must be paid by me, which is R2850. I said I dnt have that money, I was suppose to pay before delivery. He said I must borrow, and I refused, I said I will collect. I demanded their address, they send it. VODAWORLD ,14 & 15th Noordwyk Street, Midrand, Johannesburg, 1687. After they send it they deleted all our conversations, I realiser it was a ****. Checked my balance, they took R400, made airtime advance of R222, tried withdrawing R600 which I did not have. I'm now not sure about Vodacom, these guys numbers were registered as Vodacom rewards. I am so divastated. If I could I would just cancel all my contracts with Vodacom. They are not protecting their customers. I called them and they said there is nothing they can do for me.
