The technicians came around, "fixed" my washing machine, they gave me the bill when they left and it included a pump item... I made half the payment to check if the machine was working and it did 2 cycles and then then should the exact same error..... I didn't want to pay the balance because they didn't show me the pump part they replaced which is normal with people who replace parts, also, it is highly unlikely that they would just be driving around with such a part in their vehicle so it was rather suspicious... I called them to ask them to come back to meet with my husband and show us what part exactly they replaced because the washing machine is exactly they way it was before they came out... and they told me that if I did't pay the full amount they would not come back to my premies. Now they will not answer my calls, I have asked for the owner to call me and nothing... they are ignoring me for 3 weeks now so I would be very concerned to use these people.
