Our company had a fleet management contract with Hilti that came to an end on 30/06/2022. Since then Hilti still send us invoices and deduct money from our bank account although the items were collected on 2/08/2022
We received credit memo's for the invoices but no payment were made to us yet. Today another payment went through our bank!!
The customer service is shocking and we will NEVER make use of any of their products or service!
