Hino Pomona, The Parts team is unhelpful - Ordered item and paid for the item through EFT FNB to FNB, Went to pick up the item with POP and the Parts consultant shrugged and said he cannot assist as the payment does not reflect on the system,
What is the use of providing a POP if it is not sufficient evidence that I paid for the item?
This is the second time I have experienced unhelpful/no assistance from the Parts consultants @pomona Hino
