Please ensure when getting specs from them that you buy 2 pairs. If anything goes wrong it will be your problem and tgeir best answer is to say an email has been sent. Even I told them that I can not see and need my specs I have to wait for an email response and nobody is able to say when tgat will be one day.
How is it that vodacom just charge your account. Nobody ever gets back to a person but my phone is being flooded with calls to pay but no one at vodacom is willing to explain. Recorded calls goes miaaing and they refuse to communicate via email but you are bombarded woth demands to make payment.
Vodacom ha speople phoning about accounts and payments. But each and every discussion is a brand new one every time. The people have no follow up on previous discussion. You get charged but no one can tell me where the cost is coming from. Previous calls does not have any tracability then telling them to have the discussion on email the calls are dropped.
What is the purpose of a call centre and and app that says they are not part of vodacom.but it is vodapay which I thought is vodacom app and then this is the kind of response I get Good day Ryno Please note that the upgrade was done via the store. Hino Pomona, The Parts team is unhelpful - Ordered item and paid for the item through EFT FNB to FNB, Went to pick up the item with POP and the Parts consultant shrugged and said he cannot assist as the payment does not reflect on the system, What is the use of providing a POP if it is not sufficient evidence that I paid for the item? This is the second time I have experienced unhelpful/no assistance from the Parts consultants @pomona Hino
I have an order I am waiting for and nobody at Paxi can ever supply me with an answer. I do not know any more where the parcel is I do not get any feedback
These people will not help you even if you pay the deposit as requested they will still not assist you. After that the new fight to hopefully get your money back out of them. DO not trust these people your truck remain standing and they will have charged you for it.
I hope by writing this here that I will get some response because calling the call centre had me on the phone for 45 min without speaking to a single person, so close my account.
