Terrible Unprofessional service from Hirsch Springfield. Purchased an oven+ hob and TV on Sunday. Was pushed to take the extended guarantee from Hirsch, which I obliged. Was promised by assistant Rosanne , I will get guarantee certificate and invoices emailed by close of business. Waited for 2 days - nothing . Called this morning 9.30am to request same and left message which was unreturned by Rosanne. Tried again late afternoon , and after going though 3 or 4 staff members , Rosanne was still unavailable. Eventually manager Sandra assisted , Was a frustrating and unprofessional after sales experience from this team . I would not happily support them going forward as their advertising platform misleads the customers for the excellent service their offer. Seems like sales assistants only care about making a sale for their commissions.
