Terrible Unprofessional service from Hirsch Springfield. Purchased an oven+ hob and TV on Sunday. Was pushed to take the extended guarantee from Hirsch, which I obliged. Was promised by assistant Rosanne , I will get guarantee certificate and invoices emailed by close of business. Waited for 2 days - nothing . Called this morning 9.30am to request same and left message which was unreturned by Rosanne. Tried again late afternoon , and after going though 3 or 4 staff members , Rosanne was still unavailable. Eventually manager Sandra assisted , Was a frustrating and unprofessional after sales experience from this team . I would not happily support them going forward as their advertising platform misleads the customers for the excellent service their offer. Seems like sales assistants only care about making a sale for their commissions.

Rain network and wifi has deteriorated to pathetic and unacceptable levels of acceptance. They still continue to advertise and market their disastrous 3G offerings but their speed levels in Durban CBD is virtually zero during peak business and online studying periods. All calls to complain are only false promises that they working on it for last 2 weeks. I will be cancelling my contract as its time for rain to experience a drought....
Poor, unprofessional service from Discovery Insure. Made a booking and confirmed via email for date and time to install C track on both vehicles. They did not pitch , call or apologize for delay. This inconvenience has wasted my business and work time as we had no vehicles for travel , school rounds etc as we were foolishly waiting for nothing. After numerous calls via broker, they re-scheduled . What a waste of my time Discovery...... So unprofessional....
Poor delivery service from Makro for locker delivery. I have ordered 4 TV brackets over 14 days ago and it has still not been delivered . Upon calling the call centre and speaking to Leseto Ref 441330 , they still cannot trace and /or cancel this order. So much for the promised 7-10 days delivery ! So frustrating when you order 5 TVs from them and cannot install them without the brackets.
My business phone at my Pharmacy and Medical Centre in Durban CBD has been down for over 1 week and in spite of daily calls, frustrating waits, reference numbers 184CNZ200918 and escalation references ********** , Telkom has not even tested and fixed this important lifeline to providing an essential healthcare service. No wonder our country is in a recession with incompetent and pathetic service like this.
I purchased a K-way rain jacket from the Cape Union online store. Unknown to me the store had not removed the 2 security tags on jacket. Whilst wearing the jacket, I went into a local sports shop and the alarm triggered and I was embarrassed and stressed having to explain myself and produce my proof of purchase invoice, to their security. I explained this incident to CU Customer complaints department and was offered a mild apology and a small compensation voucher for their error . They were blaming their own retail store and private Sport stores mannerism of handling this incident. I would rather consumers be made aware of their error and incompetence.
