Fridge damaged upon arrival Worst experience I have been having with makro recently, i recently bought a fridge upon arrival I noticed the fridge is damaged I took pictures and forward to makro, I also booked for the fridge to be return till now the fridge is still here and I have to keep calling them everyday like they burying me airtime and paying for storage for this none working fridge. After all the attempts I’ve done i received this email “Mapule Nxumalo (Makro) Jan 22, 2025, 16:25 GMT+2
Good day Thato, We hope all is well. Please note that we have forwarded the pictures as advised, We will have to book a service call out with Hisense.to replace the damaged shelves. We will advise once call has been logged”
So I should wait for Makro to take their time. makro says its Hisense
