I ordered extra shelves for my fridge at the beginning of January. They sent the wrong shelves and I'm still waiting for them to collect and deliver the correct shelves 6 weeks later, despite following up repeatedly. When I asked for feedback, I was told that I just need to wait since I'm not the only customer they're dealing with. I asked to speak to a manager but they would not give me a contact. I then called their call centre and asked for a manager or team leader to call me. It has been three days, no one has called, and I've still had no feedback. Terrible customer service!

Hisense replacement spares for Hisense gas stoves are not available. Hisense products are s****ped because the replacement parts are not available. Hisense is not a brand to purchase due to lack of after sales service

I did not purchase an expensive dishwasher to start repairing or replacing parts within two years. How can you justify sending a quotation for new racks when the originals have rusted in such a short time? IN UNDER 2 YEARS!!

In November 2024 I took my Hisense Tumble dryer to B&L Appliances to be repaired. They ordered the part needed from Hisense and were sent the wrong part and then told that the part is not available. I contacted AEK and sent pictures of the part as well as the Model number. I was sent a section of the part. I resent the pictures and asked for the remainder of the part to be sent. They then told me they sent packed the incorrect part and will recall the courier and send the correct part. This never happened. Later I was told they don't have the part and are waiting for it. This took months. After following up several times, they eventually told me that HQ now has the part and I waitied three weeks before following up. They then sent me the part-once again the incorrect one. Basically since November last year to date, my tumble dryer is still not repaired and somehow Hisense cannot get it right-with pictures and serial numbers, to send the correct parts. I bought the tumble dryer about 2 years ago. About a year after purchase, the seal around the door snapped. At that time, they also sent the incorrect size and it took a while to eventually get the correct one.

Dishwasher rack started to rust in the first 6 months of purchasing. There warranty does not cover this. Does not make sense that you produce a product that cannot withhold water and rust so quickly. Two pins rust through, they broke off. We have requested a new rack but they don't have stock and we need to replace at own cost. Hisense HQ does not reply to any mails that you send. I have 3 reference numbers... no response.

This was the worst expierence I have had in a long time you place a order send e-mails to find out what is going for what no e-mail back phone you get the same answer every time we have not received the parts then it is back to e-mails no answer then you send a e-mail saying sorry I want to cancelle the order then all of a sudden you get a phone call we are sorry we have not yet received the parts cancelle the order your money will be paid into your account within 3 working days no way then phone calls starts again and every time you hear I have to speak to the financial department and you keep on phoning till you tell them you are going to do a review on them and then within a half an hour money into you account why do you have to battle first client support non excistent

Fridge damaged upon arrival Worst experience I have been having with makro recently, i recently bought a fridge upon arrival I noticed the fridge is damaged I took pictures and forward to makro, I also booked for the fridge to be return till now the fridge is still here and I have to keep calling them everyday like they burying me airtime and paying for storage for this none working fridge. After all the attempts I’ve done i received this email “Mapule Nxumalo (Makro) Jan 22, 2025, 16:25 GMT+2 Good day Thato, We hope all is well. Please note that we have forwarded the pictures as advised, We will have to book a service call out with Hisense.to replace the damaged shelves. We will advise once call has been logged” So I should wait for Makro to take their time. makro says its Hisense

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HISENSE FRIDGE PRODUCTS SPECIFICALLY THIS COMPANY AEK APPLIANCE. ONCE ITS BROKEN, YOU WILL NEVER FIND PARTS FOR IT. AEK APPLIANCE TERRIBLE SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. BUY HISENSE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THEY SHOULD JUST CLOSE THIS COMPANY.
