I did not purchase an expensive dishwasher to start repairing or replacing parts within two years. How can you justify sending a quotation for new racks when the originals have rusted in such a short time? IN UNDER 2 YEARS!!
We purchased a Hisense dishwasher on 17 December 2022. Initially, the appliance worked okay, but in 2023, it started giving problems and clearly wasn’t performing as it should. We reported the issue via email to spares@hisense.co.za and b2bservice@hisense.co.za. We also went to the store we bought it from and arranged for the unit to be sent for inspection — but never received any feedback. Since then, I’ve phoned to follow up multiple times and sent additional emails. I’ve been promised that someone would get back to us, but to date, we have received no response. We are still waiting for instructions on where to take the unit for inspection or repairs. This lack of communication has been ongoing since 2023. We’re now left with a non-functional dishwasher and no support from Hisense, despite many attempts to engage with them.
