Hisense replacement parts not available
Hisense replacement spares for Hisense gas stoves are not available. Hisense products are s****ped because the replacement parts are not available. Hisense is not a brand to purchase due to lack of after sales service

Poor Customer Services - Simba PepsiCo
21 April 2021 Dear Sir/Madam 1. I have lodged a complaint regarding a Simba product about 3 weeks ago. 2 Customer Service has not had the courtesy of responding to this complaint. 3. To me it seems that customer concerns are not important to Simba or there is a lack of enthusiasm by the staff tasked with dealing with customer complaints. 4. The lack of will by Simba to address this complaint clearly indicates the customers in general are not valued as consumers of Simba products. 5. I have requested that this matter be escalated to senior managers of Simba. At this level there is also no response. 6. I will not be buying your product again and will certainly be sharing my experience with other consumers as frequently as possible. Disappointed
