An order for a glass table top was placed 2 weeks ago and fully paid for, this order has failed to be delivered with excuses being made that the delivery vehicles have broken down.
To further aggravate the situation, when I called in and requested to speak to a manager or supervisor the receptionist could not hear me, I called in twice and on the third time the receptionist did not answer the call which was then diverted to an alternate person.
1) Does your company only have one delivery vehicle? 2) Are the elderly being taken advantage of and not being given priority? 3) Is the company not able to meet its obligations and making excuses?
