I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent order for a table top, which was promised within 7 business days but has yet to be delivered. Here are my main concerns: Confusing and Unprofessional Communication: I initially spoke to someone in the sales department who seemed uninterested in assisting me. When I requested a name, the individual hesitated before giving the name Thembiso.He later called back and identified himself as Richard or Richmond, but the voice sounded the same as the original call. When I called the following day to follow up, I was told there is no Thembiso in sales, Only a Richard, which confirms my suspicion that the guy in the original call **** about his name because of the type of nonchalant service he gave! Lack of Consistent Updates: I was informed that the glass had an issue in production(which was only told me to me cause I called), which delayed the delivery. However, when I called back the next day, I was told the glass was not ready at all, despite being promised delivery the following day. Missed Delivery Timeline: It is now past the 7 business day delivery period, and despite repeated follow-ups, I still have no clear idea of when to expect my order. This level of disorganization and poor communication is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

The experience I have with this company is not acceptable from a customer's point of view. This company in the beginning was very friendly very helpful until payment was made. Once they have received payments into their accounts your job just gets pushed aside with no care or courtesy to the customer whatsoever..... Only if you enter into the company and inquire about your job that's the only time they will start with it but once your footsteps leave their premises your job comes to an end. Until you give them another visit. The stuff is very unhelpful and no courtesy whatsoever I mean you have to phone them several times in order to get one call back that's if you're lucky. As for the manager no customers service whatsoever don't try to help or rectify the problem that was made by the staff only sits back and say you can't do anything. I mean how do the owner of the company employee stuff like this it really brings a bad reputation and name Where the staff behave as if they too good for the customer they don't need their work.

Would not recommend for smaller, bespoke jobs. No care taken of furniture left in their care, very poor customer service. Disappointing

An order for a glass table top was placed 2 weeks ago and fully paid for, this order has failed to be delivered with excuses being made that the delivery vehicles have broken down. To further aggravate the situation, when I called in and requested to speak to a manager or supervisor the receptionist could not hear me, I called in twice and on the third time the receptionist did not answer the call which was then diverted to an alternate person. 1) Does your company only have one delivery vehicle? 2) Are the elderly being taken advantage of and not being given priority? 3) Is the company not able to meet its obligations and making excuses?

There are very few times where I encounter a store that has such shocking customer service. I’ve been waiting for a refund to be processed for more than the time stipulated and attempts to find out why I don’t have my money as yet were met with complete disinterest, passing the buck or just blatantly lying about returning my calls or reverting back to me. Incredibly bad business. Wouldn’t refer them to anyone and definitely don’t intend bringing my business to them ever.

There are very few times where I encounter a store that has such shocking customer service. I’ve been waiting for a refund to be processed for more than the time stipulated and attempts to find out why I don’t have my money as yet were met with complete disinterest, passing the buck or just blatantly lying about returning my calls or reverting back to me. Incredibly bad business. Wouldn’t refer them to anyone and definitely don’t intend bringing my business to them ever.

The customer service at Hitech safety Glass is absolutely pathetic. I have a business that requires me to constantly be purchasing mirrors and glass for the goods I supply. I found that upon placing and paying for an order, nobody calls me back to follow up. Everytime I call in the sales agent is always busy and can't take my call. He never calls me back when I ask him to. Recently I tried calling him to find out about my delivery, he wasn't at his desk and so the other staff members there let the phone ring continuously instead of answering and notifying the client that the sales agent is not available. When I called back I spoke to a lady by the name of Ronell she didn't know how to handle me as a frustrated client and eventually cut the call on me. Delivery of the mirrors I purchased from them was supposed to be done yesterday, 16 March 2021, to my clients house. My client stayed home expecting Hitech to deliver and again they let me down by not delivering. They wasted my clients time as she cancelled all other plans to sit at home expecting Hitech to deliver. Not only did they not deliver but they also failed to call me and notify me that they aren't delivering. Is this how a professional company was supposed to treat their clients? I spoke to their sales manager and even after speaking to him nothing was done. Customer service still sucks

Since being referred to this company by Glasfit, I have spoken to 2 sales people from enquiring to placing an order, in a space of 1 week. Both were fired. After a week of not being contacted, after payment made to confirm order, I am told order is ready for collection. I pitch up the following day, to find my order is incorrect and have to deal with an unaccountable front office manager, Natasha, who has no concept of what Customer Service is. After reminding her of my terrible experience of their disorganised sales process and terrible service, she assures me she will sort the order out and it will be delivered to me by Tuesday(yesterday). I called in the afternoon asking where is my delivery, she was too busy to take my call and passed the buck, by getting Pinky to call me back with feedback that my order is not ready and promises that it will be delivered today. This morning, I receive a call from Pinky telling me the order is still not ready and she cannot confirm when the delivery will take place. I insist on speaking to Natasha, who denies the feedback by saying she needs to check what is happening with my order. Natasha still has not bothered to contact me to confirm when my order will be ready. The fish rots from the head. It's no wonder she is losing staff at every turn, she is a useless manager who is incapable of setting an example of what customer service should be.
