Since being referred to this company by Glasfit, I have spoken to 2 sales people from enquiring to placing an order, in a space of 1 week. Both were fired. After a week of not being contacted, after payment made to confirm order, I am told order is ready for collection. I pitch up the following day, to find my order is incorrect and have to deal with an unaccountable front office manager, Natasha, who has no concept of what Customer Service is. After reminding her of my terrible experience of their disorganised sales process and terrible service, she assures me she will sort the order out and it will be delivered to me by Tuesday(yesterday). I called in the afternoon asking where is my delivery, she was too busy to take my call and passed the buck, by getting Pinky to call me back with feedback that my order is not ready and promises that it will be delivered today. This morning, I receive a call from Pinky telling me the order is still not ready and she cannot confirm when the delivery will take place. I insist on speaking to Natasha, who denies the feedback by saying she needs to check what is happening with my order. Natasha still has not bothered to contact me to confirm when my order will be ready. The fish rots from the head. It's no wonder she is losing staff at every turn, she is a useless manager who is incapable of setting an example of what customer service should be.
