I signed up with Herotel in March, and to this day, the installation still hasn't been done. After following up multiple times, I was finally told that they used my job card at someone else's address—how does that even happen? The level of incompetence is honestly shocking.
I’m now at the point where I just want a refund because this whole experience has been a complete waste of time. I cannot deal with this kind of nonsense and lack of professionalism. If this is how they treat new customers, I can’t imagine how bad the service must be once you’re signed up. Stay away.
